Bill Bowden is a lawyer and consultant whose experiences include working for the U.S. Treasury Department as well as Citigroup and HSBC. His achievements include development of global risk management and control functions for major international firms and four 9-0 US Supreme Court decisions upholding controversial interpretations of federal banking statutes. He received his JD from Columbia Law School in ’69 and received his AB in English Lit from Williams in ’66.
