The Law Society has five committees that assist the Executive Board in carrying out the programming and activities of the organization: Membership & Professional Development, Fundraising, Events Planning, Law Journal, and Law Teams. (View the Organizational Chart).
Committees meet regularly every other Wednesday in the Sawyer Mabie room. Committees may meet more often, at alternate times/locations at the discretion of the Chair.
This semester all committees will meet together in open board meetings every other Wednesday at 7:00 pm in the Sawyer Mabie room.
The schedule below is the typical schedule for other semesters.
- Events Planning committee at 7:00pm
- Membership & Professional Development committee at 7:20pm
- Law Teams committee (captains only) at 7:40pm
- Fundraising committee at 8:00pm
- Law Journal committee at 8:20pm
